CLARITY is a six-week, small cohort coaching experience for multidimensional women who want to reconnect with their soul purpose and accelerate their impact.
Together we will:
• Clarify your values, purpose, and guiding principles so decisions come from alignment rather than “should”, shame, or expectation.
• Design the year ahead with intention so your time, energy, and attention are directed toward what truly matters.
• Align your goals, relationships, and commitments so your life feels coherent, focused, and alive with possibility.
• Strengthen your inner authority so you can move forward with confidence, even when doubt or impostor syndrome arises.
• Engage with a cohort of thoughtful, accomplished women who offer perspective, accountability, and support as you step into your next chapter.
Big dreams, bold ideas, truth-telling, and authenticity are all welcome here.
The Journey
Each week, we will meet together for 60 mins live on Zoom to learn, receive coaching, and support each other. The design of this group program is meant to be spacious for busy schedules, while providing scaffolding for eager learners who desire to dig deeper into the resources.
By request, 1:1 private coaching sessions with Mary will available during the program at an additional investment.

How It Works
This experience is designed to be spacious and nourishing. Grab your notebook and favorite beverage. We gather once a week for learning & deep connection:
6 live virtual sessions (60 minutes each on Zoom)
Small, curated cohort for personal support and genuine connection
Recordings provided if you miss a session, but the magic happens live
Peer-to-peer support from women at your level
This isn't another course that sits in your downloads folder. This is hands-on, live virtual leadership development that meets you exactly where you are.

Your Guide
Hi! I'm Mary Shindler. I am a facilitator, experience designer, and leadership coach with over a decade of experience in coaching, talent development, and personal growth fields.
I’m deeply passionate about supporting more women to lead in our world. I led the women's leadership program for Everwise, supporting hundreds of senior-level women across 50 companies. I co-founded Young Women’s Leadership and led transformational workshops in Bali, Indonesia and California. I've also designed and facilitated transformative leadership programs for global companies including LinkedIn, where I reached over 18,000 employees, and built the Learning & Development function from the ground up at a 450-person tech company in Berlin.
I lead experiential trainings for VC funds, not-for-profit organizations, and mission-driven startups in tech that bring people together with vulnerability and authenticity.
I'm a certified professional coach (ICF) through the Academy for Coaching Excellence, and have 750+ hrs of coaching experience over the last 10 years helping dozens of leaders grow.
My approach combines behavioral science with deep self-awareness to help humans step into their full potential and create new possibilities for their impact and the world.
