This experience is designed to be spacious and nourishing. We gather twice a month for learning & deep connection:

Meet Your Facilitator
I'm Mary Shindler, a leadership development expert with over a decade of experience coaching and building leadership development programs.
I’m deeply passionate about supporting more women to lead in our world. I led the women's leadership program for Everwise, supporting hundreds of senior-level women across 50 companies. I co-founded Young Women’s Leadership and led transformational workshops in Bali, Indonesia and California. I've also designed and facilitated transformative leadership programs for global companies including LinkedIn, where I reached over 18,000 employees, and built the Learning & Development function from the ground up at a 450-person tech company in Berlin.
I lead experiential trainings for VC funds, not-for-profit organizations, and mission-driven startups in tech that bring people together with vulnerability and authenticity.
I'm a certified professional coach (ICF) through the Academy for Coaching Excellence, and I've had the privilege of coaching dozens of CEOs, executives, and rising leaders through major transitions and breakthroughs.
My approach combines leadership science with deep self-awareness to help women step into their full potential and create lasting impact.
