The PURPOSE Lab is a 6-week burst of soul-level leadership development + live coaching for women leaders on mission to make ripples in the world.
In 6 weeks, you will:

The Journey
The Purpose Lab is a 6-week journey with an small group of inspiring women leaders from various industries to deeply connect with their soul purpose, clarify our biggest visions, and amplify our impact.
Have you ever been in a group where no one speaks up? This is not that.
Each week, we will meet together for 60 mins virtually to explore key themes of personal leadership, have the opportunity to receive live coaching, and celebrate each other.
In between sessions, you will have homework and a live Telegram group for additional support. And there might be some surprises. 🔥
The design of this group program is spacious, while providing scaffolding for high-achieving learners who want to dig deeper.

6 live virtual sessions (60 minutes each on Zoom)

Your Guide
Hi! I'm Mary Shindler. I am a facilitator, experience designer, and leadership coach with over a decade of experience in coaching, talent development, and personal growth fields.
I’m deeply passionate about women shaping the future of of world. I managed a women's leadership program for hundreds of senior-level leaders from 50 companies. I co-founded Young Women’s Leadership and led transformational workshops in Bali, Indonesia and California. I've also designed and facilitated transformative leadership programs for global companies including LinkedIn, where I reached over 18,000 employees, and built the Learning & Development function from the ground up at a 450-person tech company in Berlin.
As an independent consultant, I design & lead experiential learning programs for Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profit organizations, VCs, and mission-driven startups in tech to transform culture with conscious leadership and authenticity.
I'm a certified professional coach (ICF) through the Academy for Coaching Excellence, and have 750+ hrs of coaching experience over the last 10 years helping hundreds of leaders grow.
My approach combines behavioral science, mindset work, and deep self-awareness to help humans step into their full potential and create new possibilities for their impact in the world.
