I’m a leadership development expert who specializes in coaching bold leaders, founders, and entrepreneurs who are ready to expand their impact, lead with authenticity, and create meaningful change in their organizations and the world.

For more than a decade, I’ve been coaching leaders and facilitating transformative leadership programs for global companies, high-growth startups, and mission-driven organizations.

I help leaders identify the patterns and beliefs that have kept them stuck, while giving them tools and frameworks to lead authentically and effectively in fast-changing environments.

About Mary Shindler

With more than a decade of experience, Mary has coached and trained hundreds of leaders worldwide and built leadership programs that have scaled to thousands. At LinkedIn, she designed and facilitated global Learning & Development programs that reached over 18,000 employees. Most recently, she built the Learning & Development function from the ground up at Uberall, a global tech company of 450 people in Berlin, where she launched manager training, executive coaching, and the company’s Leadership Foundations Program.

Mary’s work combines leadership science, emotional intelligence, and deep self-awareness to help leaders expand their capacity, lead with authenticity, and create lasting impact. She is passionate about transforming the culture of work and has partnered with organizations across industries to build programs that drive both human connection and business results.

Qualifications

Mary is a certified professional coach with nearly a decade of experience who has worked with dozens of senior level leaders. She completed a year-long certification program with the Academy for Coaching Excellence (ACE), an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Since 2011, Mary has designed and led trainings, workshops, and programs for groups ranging from 5 to 500 participants across the globe. She has worked with Fortune 100 companies, global nonprofits, and high-growth startups, including LinkedIn, Uberall, the United Nations, and many others.  Mary has danced since she could walk and has practiced yoga for over 20 years.
